The location is amazing with the view and the terrace.. the rooms are comfortable with a private bathroom and all the shared facilitys

There is a steep climb up the hill, not suitible for anyone by foot, a bit scary as well with the scooter, with a car its ok, just for your knowledge, yet definitly worth the effort

"This house with a sea view is simply a dream! Spacious, cozy, with a stunning view of the sunsets. The sea is far, but clearly visible, and you can admire its beauty every day. In the evening, you can enjoy the breeze on the terrace. Inside, everything is thoughtfully arranged: comfortable furniture, stylish interior, and a fully equipped kitchen. A very atmospheric place where you want to stay longer. If you're looking for the perfect seaside getaway, this is it!"

Very spacious and at the same time cozy place. Very private, but close to the best beaches (from my point of view - Haad Salad, Koh Ma, Malibu beach). Greatest view - you see Koh Tao and Marine park. Astonishing sunsets and sunrises. Quiet and cool, no mosquitos like down there) You really feel on top of the world there!

The last 100-300m of the road are quite steep, however even my wife could drive the bike up and down, so might be a problem only to very novice bike drivers.
